'Cat' Vincent slates new RAW lecture at Treadwell's

Via Twitter, Ian 'Cat' Vincent has announced he will deliver a lecture at 7:30 p.m. August 27 at Treadwell's, a London bookstore specializing on occult and interesting books. More details soon, please keep an eye on the "Events" page of the bookstore's website. Lots of other interesting events to go to until then. (Probably wouldn't hurt to follow Vincent on Twitter, as I do.) Look for "some biography elements from recent UCL talk, mostly focus on his magic technique & models," Vincent says.

I think I bought Aleister Crowley's translation of the I Ching at Treadwell's in 1985.

You must be thinking of Watkins or Atlantis - Treadwells has only been around since 2003!

I'm hoping that the talk will be filmed and put online soon after.

Aleister Crowley didn't "translate" the I Ching, he raped it.

As for Mr Vincent's "magic technique and models," I'll take him seriously when I see a verified photo of Treadwell's hovering three feet off the ground on August 27.

Thanks, Cat. I don't remember the name of the store.
