The Periodic Table of Energy is considered a "lost" book written by Timothy Leary and Robert Anton Wilson.
Acting on an anonymous tip posted at the blog post linked to above, I found a listing on Ebay for the book. If you have $12,000 handy, it's yours.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and assert that this is a pre published copy of Game of Life.
