The Independent reports that a new Covid-19 variant, Eris, is helping to cause a rise in cases in the United Kingdom.
Not much news about Eris in the U.S. yet, but Covid-19 cases apparently are on the rise. Flu cases apparently have been bad in the southern hemisphere during the summer, probably not good news for the U.S. in the winter.
