A post on RAW's reading habits

"Bob later suggested to me that if I wanted to improve my prose style I should read Ulysses forty times."

Eric Wagner posts about Robert Anton Wilson's reading habits.

I've almost finished my ninth reading of Ulysses. I would like to better understand David Hayman's concept of the Arranger in Ulysses. Hayman sees the Arranger as setting up the coincidences in the book, etc. Hayman sees the Arranger as distinct from the narrator, the author and the characters. Hugh Kenner introduced me to Hayman's notions.

Thanks for plug. I love your blog.
