I did not remember that yesterday was the anniversary of Robert Anton Wilson's death, at age 74, until after I did Sunday's blog post, but other folks remembered. On Bluesky, RAW Semantics, e.g. Brian Dean, posted the above artwork and wrote, "The incomparable Robert Anton Wilson died on this day (11 January) nineteen years ago. More than ever, read his books!"
Also on Bluesky, Klaster Chaosmos posted a thread which included a photo of a shelf of RAW books and a link to RAW's books at Hilaritas Press.
Nineteen years! Certainly RAW hasn't been forgotten, but what can we do to bring him more to the attention of the world at large?

What can we do? A daily blog recording & promoting all things Wilson (and which has become a kind of RAW encyclopedia in it's own right) seems a pretty heroic effort to me - the *daily* part especially). I certainly want to reiterate my appreciation!
I've noticed recently some Wilson quotes turning up online accompanied by AI-generated images of generic old guys with white beards (which look nothing remotely like RAW). Unnecessary to my mind, and seems like a bad idea, given AI's appetite for imagery, and GIGO. (My modest effort to create images that at least look like RAW - since they repurpose existing images, sometimes with digital, including AI, enhancement, etc - is intended to raise the level of Wilson imagery circulating and being picked up in turn by AI. Although I might be over-flattering myself a bit there!).
We can act with kindness.
("its own right" not "it's own right". Hate it when I do that)
Thank you for the comments. I love your RAW images.
You can always claim that's correct in British English! Isaac Asimov once noticed a British spelling of a word in the British edition of one of his books. When he tried to "correct" it, he was told it was correct in Britain. "Well, it's their language, I suppose," he responded.
He left us a koan to carry with us and ponder. "Keep the lasagna flying."
