Thanks for the link to the Gellman takedown of the House Intelligence Committee's report.
Rarely does an issue evolve into an "acid test" for me, but when a gov apparatchik or anyone else in the public spotlight (celebrities, etc) says Snowden "committed a crime and should be tried" they're immediately on my Shit List.
