I liked Walker...The Boston Herald link is not.

I liked Walker's obit a lot.

Carl had his mind on quite a plot,

I can't think of a rhyme for this slot.michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13526042582094867513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5887440039323868659.post-43271468295836080942011-09-15T01:40:51.019-07:002011-09-15T01:40:51.019-07:00I really admired this guy. I went through a period when I read autobiography after autobiography of anyone who was prominent in the 1960s counterculture - people in SDS, WeatherUnderground, Leary, Krassner, Robert Stone, on and on...and Oglesby's Ravens In The Storm stood out as a guy amidst craziness who kept his sanity while trying to caution his colleagues not to lose theirs.

I have lobbied three different publishers to bring RAW's fave The Yankee and Cowboy War back into print, but so far no one's bit.

What an interesting writer and thinker he was.michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13526042582094867513noreply@blogger.com
